- THIS IS NOT A PHYSICAL ITEM.
- you will receive an email from hello@peonyandconfettico.com with the design proof.
- We kindly ask that you approve your design proof as soon as possible so it doesn't delay the production / shipping of your order - your order is placed on hold until we receive your approval.
- You will receive up to 3 different designs with up to different 3 color choices, based off of our previous communications on what you are wanting / looking for in your design.
- Simple & Elegant - 1 Color
- The Shop Favorite & Best Seller - 2 Colors
- Upgraded & Elevated - 3 Colors
- Once you receive your design proof this purchase includes ONE edit to the design / customization, any additional edits will be an additional $2 fee.
- You will receive a color match from our regular or specialty vinyl chart to confirm the colors.
- Design Proofs add time to our production schedule --your order cannot be placed in our production line until your design is approved and will still require an additional 10-15 business days for turnaround.
- If you don't like the design proof based off of your custom requests but would like to see the design updates before we start production and would like another design proof with your edits you can purchase an additional design proof here.
Custom Design Proof is Non-Refundable. You can cancel your order IF the design process has not already began.
