This bag tag checklist will give you peace of mind as you head out the door to make sure you have all the essentials for you & your little(s).

- DESIGN PROOF WILL BE SENT BEFORE TAG IS SENT INTO PRODUCTION
- 4 x 5.3 design, actual tag is 4.5 x 6.5 with lamination
- laminated with plastic strap attached
- 1 - two sided laminated bag tag.
- same design on front and back unless specified in notes

name can be on front with checklist on back (as shown in photos 4&5 on bogg bag and photos 6 & 7 on dance bag) -- just leave note in personalization box
- if you are wanting an additional checklist on your bag front & back example 2 different children there will be an additional fee of $4.50 that you can add to your order here.
