- 4 x 5.3 design, actual tag is 4.5 x 6.5 with lamination
- laminated with plastic strap attached
- 1 - two sided laminated bag tag.
- same design on front and back unless specified in notes (example if you want the name on one side & contact info on other side.)
- if nothing is specified in notes design will be on both sides.
